Fantastic Agent, The Best, Highly Recommended.
Jeremy is a True Professional, honest and upfront and extremely hardworking. Unlike other Agents I have used in the past few years who are nothing but full of shit and just salesman more concerned about their own image and popularity. In a slowing market Jeremy was trying everything he could to attract buyers, always mixing it up and trying new ideas. He was always honest with his advice, provided constant market updates, kept in touch on a weekly basis even when there was no activity but ultimately never gave up tried to pressure us to concede to lower offers just for a sale or use the slowing market as an excuse. Thanks for everything Jeremy, I know it was a challenge in a very tough market but we are extremely happy with the overall experience and result. You gave us honest advice but never pushed us into a corner. Your honesty and integrity is what makes you a true professional and a great bloke too. We will be seeking your services again soon. Well done mate.

He goes above and beyond
Jeremy provided great assistance when it came to purchasing a new block of land. He took all the details I was looking for in my next purchase and was able to find me a block of land which was 100% what I needed/ wanted. When it came down to it, Jeremy was able to offer honest advice and help me out when it came time to finalize all the paperwork and payments. The experience with YPA and Jeremy was successful and positive from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
