It's been along time since I have sold a property and it wasn't a positive experience,but dealing with Kayla from ypa changed my opinion. I found Kayla to be informed and fully aware of the market in hillside,I found her very knowledgeable in regards to prices, property conditions and value. Her business sense and ideas proved very valuable with assisting in achieving a fantastic price for my property for which sold in a week. I suggest anyone selling property use Kayla first and don't let it concern you if you believe she may be to young , because her business and property selling ability is very good and impressive .
