True professional

From the get go, Kayla was on the ball. I deal with agents on a daily basis and its not all the time you come along a rare agent like Kayla. She is amazing . Her service is top notch and her knowledge of the market and communication is 110%. Keep it up!

Trustworthy Agent!
From the moment i saw our house i was bombarding Kayla with questions, she was so easy to deal with and made the process so simple and easy for both of us, exactly what a first home purchase should feel like. She was friendly, warm and extremely honest. Nothing was too much trouble and that made us feel at ease. Would definitely be wanting to deal with Kayla again for any future sales or purchases!! A Rising Star
We received Jeremy’s details from our YPA agent whom is selling our property. At our first initial meeting with Jeremy, we knew we had found an agent that we could communicate to regarding properties in the area we wished to purchase in. What we didn’t know was that Jeremy would be there guiding and supporting us through the process of purchasing of our next home. We did not expect this as we had not specifically sought an agent to help us purchase our next property. Jeremy took us under his wing and it was a very natural and positive journey. Jeremy listened to us and every home we looked at that he recommended were of interest but not the perfect fit until we saw 105 Community Hub. We fell in love with this home and knew it was the home for us. Officially Jeremy wasn’t our purchasing agent nor was he the listing agent for 105 Community Hub but we spoke to him the week of the auction of our new home and he told us he would be there on the day and would like to support us through the process. We gladly accepted. It was refreshing to have Jeremy act on our behalf during the bidding. Best agent i've dealt with
Jeremy was both easy to deal with and possessed a very strong knowledge of the local market. These two things were essential for me as I currently live in a different state and have very limited knowledge of the market myself and was unable to see the property before the purchase. I'd trust Jeremy with all future property transactions and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Melbourne.
