Would highly recommend Jeremy Dean from YPA Taylors Lakes. Jeremy assisted and helped us secure a property in Hillside. Jeremy was always pleasant, dedicated punctual and professional. Always returned our phone calls, emails and queries immediately even if it was after hours. Went above and beyond his duties. Once again would highly recommend Jeremy for anybody selling or buying a property. Well done Jeremy and good luck for the future. You deserve it. Theresa & Glenn

Joe impressed us with his plan to take our property to auction. He brought through a lot of prospective buyers. His communication was outstanding throughout the process. He kept us informed with all the details. We never had to call Joe to find out what was happening. On the day of auction Joe and his team were very professional, and got the sale done. Very happy with the result in the space of 5 weeks.

When I came across this property it was a blessing yet a curse. I was grateful to have found such a property but my health decided to decline dramatically. Through what should have been such an incredibly stressful time with not only purchasing my first property but also battling health issue, Jeremy ensured that he did everything within his reach to make things simple and smooth sailing. I can honestly say he did this seamlessly whilst catering to me and my smart arse needs of communication. Thank you Jeremy for all your hard work xx

Yes...that is Kayla. If you are looking for the best outcome with the sale of your property, Kayla is one stop shop. She is very well versed with the market pulse. All information she provided were bang on target. If there were hitches due to communication gap, it was very professionally addressed. Kayla truly made our journey easy. Highly recommend Kayla for selling your property.

From day 1 Jeremy showed experience and knowledge of our property and the local area. Being fussy vendors Jeremy was able to understand what we needed in selling our property. The property was only on the market for a few weeks and in that time Jeremy was able to achieve the market price we had been after with minimal negotiation. Even after settlement, Jeremy went out of his way to go to the property after we had noticed that some items had been left behind at the property. Thank you Jeremy for all your time and effort and making selling our home a breeze.
