Excellent Job
We decided to sell our home and make a sea change. Once we met Kayla we felt at ease and confident that she could and would present our home in the best possible light. Throughout the open for inspections and the final auction day, we could not have been more pleased. Kayla and the staff of YPA were truly professional in the way they presented and conducted themselves. Our property was passed in BUT Kayla spent a further hour in our home negotiating with the final bidder and her extra effort resulted in a satisfactory sale. Stoked with our sale price thanks to Kayla Ridolfi
Our plan for this year always was to sell. We were planning to do this after our European holiday in the spring. However, unforeseen circumstances forced us to bring that date forward and we made the decision to put our property on the market in winter. My partner who works in property made a call to YPA estate agent Andrew Migliorisi, who immediately arranged a meeting with us that same evening on 31st May 2016. It was during this meeting that Andrew introduced us to his colleague Kayla Ridolfi. The purpose of this meeting was for my partner and I to make the decision to sign an exclusive authority with YPA, and give instruction for Kayla to sell the property on our behalf. Kayla arrived well prepared with comparative sales data of similar properties that YPA had sold recently in the area, along with a detailed marketing plan to advertise and sell our property. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable of the Taylors Hill market and her professionalism throughout the meeting was evident. We explored the pricing strategy that would be used to attract the right buyers and agreed on a sale amount for the property that we were both comfortable with. In this initial meeting the thing we liked most about Kayla was her forthright, honest approach and how she was genuinely interested and listened closely to our needs and wants. Kayla understood our situation, she made us feel at ease and gave us the confidence that she would sell our property quickly and with minimal fuss and disruption to our daily routine. Her warm and friendly personality and approachable manner reassured us that Kayla was the right agent to represent us, so we confidently signed the exclusive authority. Kayla wasted no time in organising the photographer to shoot our house in "twilight" the following evening. Great First Home buying experience!
Kayla was very understanding of me and my needs, and able to take me and talk me step by step through the process as a first home buyer.
