Big things come in small packages
A tiny little agent with experience and results larger than life. I called 4 agents and Kayla left the others in her shadows. Were others told us we would struggle getting what we wanted, Kayla got us more in only 3 days on the market. Puttinng into words is an understatement how fantastic our experience was with Kayla and I would only recomend and use her

Kayla was a gun on the day of the auction & from what I hear drew in the crowd & in our mind maximised the final price for which we are very grateful. I think from the moment we decided to go market and agree on an auction date, the time it took photos to develop & hit the papers was way too slow. Pretty much it was a 3 week campaign missing out on that extra 4th week. Adding in the weeks available before Xmas meant we faced challenges for no doubt Kayla was ready for & worked her magic (with the team of course at viewing time). We were surprised of the turnout but what we thought may end fruitless turned as sweet as. So thanks again to Kayla & team because together we can achieve. Merry Christmas Mark & Jenny
