Additionally, I have had communication with her colleague Cynthia to follow up on maintenance and she has acted promptly to seek a resolution, I am appreciative of this degree of follow up. She has continued to keep me updated as needed. Finally, the receptionist Mary has been lovely when I have called to advise we were ill and would not be able to accommodate tradespeople in our home for that week.
