I was very impressed with Karen's services during our tenant change-over. She was very thorough and always kept me in the loop via phone calls, text messages and emails. The information she gave us about our potential new tenants was very thorough too and she had good ideas about which ones she thought were more suitable. She was very clear and seemed very impartial, ie, not favouring either myself or the old/new tenants. One of the things that impressed me the most about her was her attention to detail in the condition report she prepared. I have never seen such a comprehensive report like that. I really hope she is still working with you guys when it comes to the next end of lease on my property in 12 months time!
