I sold my house with James in a very tricky and emotional situation. Not only did James go above and beyond to have my house sold in a record time of 5 days, he was also extremely sympathetic to my situation and took any stress out of the sale that he could have for me. James isn’t just another agent, he cares about his clients and does whatever he can to assist. Any day at any time James was available and if he couldn’t answer my call on the spot he got back to me in no time. Our first purchaser could not get their finance approved and James had another offer ready to be signed on the same day. My situation was very fortunate as we had several offers, but James worked tirelessly to ensure those offers were available. I am very grateful for James and would highly recommend him to anyone :)
