Abdul was very strategic from the outset. He tackled the selling of our home as an ultimate professional. Unfortunately the market was shot down by the government otherwise Abdul’s skills and knowledge of realestate would have had this house sold a lot earlier. He was always thinking of different ways of attracting potential buyers through the door. When we finally got a buyer to put an offer in writing, Abdul got very proactive to meet up buyers rep to ensure he could get us the best price he possibly could. A job well done and netted a substantial amount more than the initial offer. I would recommend Abdul to anybody I know. From the very first day we met in a suburb not very well known to him he did all the research so that now he could confidently sell a home in Brooklyn which is predominantly dominated by Ray White.
