I had full confidence in Mitch's appraisal and knowledge of the local real estate market. He was very honest and upfront. I was not led to believe I could get more or less than the property was worth. Mitch was in touch with me throughout the sale. I found him to be very proactive, without being too assertive. James attended our first meeting well prepared and was honest about what price could be achieved. He gave advice on what kind of buyer would be interested in the property and whether it was worthwhile financially do do anything work in the property prior to listing, We took his advice on going with an Auction rather than private sale and are we so glad we trusted him! The sale price well exceeded the reserve price but that really came down to James’ hard work on getting as many people registered bidders in the 3 weeks we gave him to market the property. Would not hesitate to go with James and YPA again.
