Going into our sale, we had a very exact price that we wanted. We were told by Mitch that although a slight reach, it was definitely doable and within no longer than a month tops. We soon found that the price was out of reach and not even close to achievable. Not now wanting to lose on the marketing costs by hiring another agency, we chose to continue on. The house sat on the market for much longer than expected and we sold for around $30,000 less than we desired simply due to just trying to obtain a sale. I found the Marketing material over priced and the constant viewings with little to no views was very disheartening. The whole process seemed more in favour of the buyer than the actual seller. Pluses to Mitch is that he kept us informed, always looked the part and professional and on time. Made constant follow up calls and was always there via phone to answer any questions we may have had. Overall if I could do it all again, although Mitch was great in some ways, I do think knowing what we know now, we would have went with someone else.
