We signed the contract Saturday. Vendor signed saturday. We got feedback Monday. Afternoon. After multiple follow ups. We paid the deposit Friday morning. Transaction was with the same banks. No delay in transfer. We got the receipt Monday. Again after multiple follow ups. The vendor was a lot quicker with updates. We honestly did not need an agent at all. I asked to have the Ypa signage removed today Tuesday. Lets guess how long this will take.

Mitch from YPA was AMAZING! After having our property for sale with another local agent for 4 months with no success we went with YPA, met Mitch and in a matter of days not only sold our home but got us more than we were ever offered with the previous agent and with a settlement time that was longer. Best part is that the buyer and seller are very happy. Mitch and YPA exceeded our expectation, he was very professional, available to us for all questions we had and communicated with us at every step.
