Mitch Truly Went Above and Beyond to Help Us!

we are extremely happy with Mitch

We had our house on the market for 70 days with another agency, in this time few people looked at the house and there were no offers at all. In step Mitch, straight away he excited us with his enthusiasm and get up and go. Firstly he told us he could seell our property, told us what we needed to do in the house where the other agent had told us we didn't need to do anything. Mitch made us feel confident so we took his advise and made the changes he recomended, within a week the property was sold for more then the other agent had dropped the price to. Mitch was enthusiastic, professional and gave us his time whenever we asked for it. Mitch is the agent we would start with if we were going to buy or sell another property.
