Ann has a single minded approach, and that is to get the best price for you. Some agents work for the seller, but will suggest to the purchaser what offers you might accept. Ann will get the best price for your house that is possible at that time in the market. Ann doesn't broadcast what she gets for a particular house, as that sets an expectation or in most cases a limit. Each house is different and she works to get the best price for that time in the market. Ann sold our house before we even got it on the market, and she got a price that was above the maximum suggested by another agent. We would certainly recommend engaging Zeb Realty to market and sell your house. The fact that Ann dropped in some eggs from her chickens every now and then, was a bonus!!
