Very pleased and very satisfied with way Saul ran the sales process from beginning to end. His market knowledge was thorough and realistic, and always well supported by relevant evidence. Marketing took place in April 2018 just after the Sydney property market peaked with its ensuing rapid decline. Saul managed the rapid changes to market conditions well; necessary, accurate, and realistic revisions to original valuation ensured the property sale proceeded to completion in a timely fashion. I really appreciate Saul’s efforts to keep me fully informed of all related matters along the way in a timely fashion. He provided detailed and regular updates and was always available to receive my enquiries; any messages were very quickly replied to. That Saul achieved a good sales price in difficult market conditions is testimony to his negotiating skills and hard work. Our family were very happy with JZ real estate both as agents for the sale of our house and as buyers agents to secure us a new property within a short time frame. When I decided to sell my home I enlisted the prospective aid of 3 Real Estate agents 2 local area and 1 (Jamie) who was not local. Although they all seemed knowledgeable and the terms they were offering seemed reasonably similar Jamie was the only one who got back to me in writing with all the selling options and a complete outlay of all the costs plus advice as to whether I should or should not take up all the separate marketing selling tools or options. This plus his relaxed and calm approach led me to the choice of selecting JZ. Jamie's advice was extremely helpful in preparing my home for market, I don't think it could have looked or been presented any better and prospective buyers comments bore this out. Selling a home is a very stressful business but during the campaign his relaxed approach, constant feedback and his organizational skill had my mind at complete ease. His advice on whether to go to auction or sell before hand was invaluable and when negotiations started he handled them extremely well and the figure he negotiated was far higher than even my wildest dreams and way above market expectations. I have no reservations in recommending Jamie and JZ to anybody selling or buying a home he is without doubt in my mind a highly creditable and extremely honest agent and person.
