Zoom Property Agents opened their doors in December 2016 and are a totally independent, innovative & high-energy, boutique real estate agency located in Ulverstone, in the heart of the highly attractive Central Coast of Northern Tasmania. Zoom Property Agents are owned and operated by Michael & Vanessa Baxter who together, have around 40 years of skilled experience in the real estate industry. As our Rental Property Portfolio Manager, Vanessa specializes in Residential Property Management while Michael looks after Residential, Rural & Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing and the overall management of the agency. Michael & Vanessa are very capably supported by well experienced, fully competent staff with Vanessa’s right hand lady, Sam Coates, as our Property Management Assistant while Erin Shaw & Christina Graham manage the critical ‘Front of Office’ roles providing first rate Administration Support and who expertly drive our social media campaign to promote our Agency’s services and our Client’s properties for both sale and rental. Together, we are a dynamic team with over 60 years’ experience in the real estate industry and are focused on providing a new level of modern, interactive, competent and professional real estate agency services that our Clients can rely on.
