Aaron was friendly, easy and pleasant to deal with. He managed the sales campaign with realistic expectations, preparing us for the auction, kept us calm even on the day when heavy rain came. We were disappointed with initial copywriters' description of property and floor-plan which had numerous errors we had to correct ourselves. We suggest in the future they write in conjunction with owners face to face to achieve a more accurate write-up. For Sale board providers did not liaise with owners and had to make 5 visits before we were happy. Photographer was excellent - approachable and competent, photos were great and helped sell the property. Nick and Sally were excellent support for Aaron. Aaron conducted the auction in a professional and confident manner which resulted in a higher than expected selling price which we were very happy with.
