Alistair went above and beyond in helping us secure this home He was extremely professional, courteous and above all communicated through the whole process. He kept us in the loop at all times, connecting us with the vendor during the negotiation I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a home

Very personable and well versed with the surrounding suburbs. Available all hours and very hard working.

A pillar of support and success. Alistair is honest, reliable and ultimately, the best Agent. This is my second purchase from Alistair and the process each time has been seamless. Thank you Alistair, we appreciate you.

I loved dealing with the agency and Alistair worked behind the scenes supporting my agent who worked with me in person. Their gesture of a gift when we visited their office to collect the house keys after the settlement left us awe-struck. Oh, and we love the agency's business logo, it is such an eye-catcher! We hope our paths cross again in the near future.

Knowing we had to sell the family home came with a lot of difficult decisions but who to choose as our agent wasn’t one of them. We met with 3 different agents and Alistair was by far the best. He put us at ease straight away and knowing we had entrusted the right person was a fantastic feeling. Needless to say, the house sold quickly for a great price and couldn’t be happier.

Alistair is very knowledgeable and polite to deal with.

After purchasing the property at the peak of the market (late 2016) we needed to sell it to get a new one. Amid the current market during Covid, etc, we were uncertain about our plan especially regarding the sales. We met a few agents and felt even more uncertain when they said “let’s wait and see…” or beat around the bush. Alistair, in contrast, was very confident about the prospect (in fact, thought too confident to fully trust – although at the end it indeed turned out to be real). The most impressive was prompt and logical answers during the discussion around the sales strategy. That immediate logical soundness would be impossible without deep expertise and talent (some other agents boasted a few decades of experiences, but I don’t think the number of years alone is enough to tell about the expertise). We decided to go with him and it turned out to be a great luck. A few weeks later, we finished tidying up on Tuesday, preparing for the first inspection on Saturday. But Alistair came and had a look and suggested another on the next day. The campaign went live 11amish Wednesday, with the first inspection scheduled at 5pm. Of course we didn’t expect much – who would see the ad in just half a day and bother to come to the house on the same day? Unexpectedly, though, I've got a call at 5.30 telling that there is a buyer who wants to sign on spot. After a short negotiation, the house was sold – and the price was at the higher end of our estimation. Within such a ridiculously short time – 7 hours! Surely a bit of luck must have worked, but I would credit Alistair’s ability to match the right buyer to the property. Thankfully, this surprising result expedited our plan. It made me think choosing an agent indeed matters (tremendously). If someone close to me is looking to selling a property in Hills area, I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending Alistair – in fact our story about the sales in 7 hours is going viral and a few people asked his contact.

We bought our house from Alistair with ease! He had great communication skills and was always willing to help in anyway. We’re very grateful to have had such an easy process with purchasing our new home! Thank you

Alistair was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the area. Very pleasant to deal with. With his selling attitude I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of selling their property.

he is good , reliable & experience in his field. i strongly recommend him .

Alistair has sold two of our properties this year, and we will be requesting his services to sell a third in coming months. Both properties had an offer made within the first week of being listed, with the offers matching the price bracket Alistair had suggested we would be able to achieve. Alistair and his team have been great to deal with over the phone and in person, and have made coordinating the sale of the two properties, which we were expecting to be a stressful time, run smoothly.

Very knoledgaeble, informed, friendly and above all, professional. What is usually very stressful proces, he made it easy with his guidance.
