Very devoted and puts 100% effort to sale the house. Also I found Alistair as honest compared to other agents I dealt in past. Small thing for improvement: can be difficult to catch on mobile, recommend to have some system to further enhance fast and effective communication.
Alistair met us at the open house - took the time to walk us through the property and answer our questions (esp. concerns). He definitely stood out when comes to ethical interactions with regards to price. We were constrained by our financial budget (almost willing to give it a miss), he encouraged us to apply. He led a fair and open conversation between us and the seller. Being a first home buyer, we had little knowledge of the market - he walked us to comparative sales and contract review to ensure our questions are answered without rushing to seal the deal. Reflecting back, we wouldn't have bought our first home had it not been Alistair!
Alistair did an awesome job selling our home. He is very professional and experienced and is great to work with. He made us feel at ease as he guided us through the process. His appraisal was realistic and we achieved a great result in a super quick timeframe. We signed on with Alistair on Monday, had photos taken on Tuesday, the house was advertised on Wednesday, the sign went up and we had an open home on Thursday and on Friday we SOLD! The open home for Saturday wasn’t even necessary. This is our second time selling with Alistair and we would highly recommend him.
