He definitely stood out when comes to ethical interactions with regards to price. We were constrained by our financial budget (almost willing to give it a miss), he encouraged us to apply. He led a fair and open conversation between us and the seller. Being a first home buyer, we had little knowledge of the market - he walked us to comparative sales and contract review to ensure our questions are answered without rushing to seal the deal. Reflecting back, we wouldn't have bought our first home had it not been Alistair!

His appraisal was realistic and we achieved a great result in a super quick timeframe. We signed on with Alistair on Monday, had photos taken on Tuesday, the house was advertised on Wednesday, the sign went up and we had an open home on Thursday and on Friday we SOLD!
