Ant is extremely quick in responding to email queries, and is very helpful in all aspects of putting our house on the market. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects ‘real estate’. From our initial contact with Ant, (we are repeat customers) through to the contract signing, Ant was such a pleasure to work with. As we were going overseas during the time the house was on the market, working through Ant gave us great peace of mind, particularly when it sold so quickly. The management of the whole process (while we were overseas) was challenging & stressful to say the least, but with Ant at the helm, and our Conveyancers working with Ant, we had confidence it would all come together. As we had tenants in our house at the time, Ant negotiated with the purchaser to retain the tenants until the end of their lease, giving the purchaser time to get their ‘house in order’ prior to their move. This process also involved working with our Property Manager, which Ant was more than happy to do. We found Ant's team to be great during the inspection and contract phase. They helped us with viewings of the house an explaining things to us. As soon as we put pen to paper and signed the contract we found We got treated very differently. Many requests were made for information regarding the property but we had to nag to get any response. It felt as though once we signed the contract and they had our money they didn't care anymore. Our property also said it came with ducted heating but to our surprise once we moved it we found out it didn't work and wasn't even hooked up to any power. So false advertising on their behalf. We also found our arrival gift ($20 bottle of wine) to be a bit pathetic given the money we spent on the house. Would have been nice for a personal touch on a gift to welcome us to our house. Some chocolates or hamper and a nice card would have been nice. Overall wasn't an amazing experience sorry Ant
