Great service from signup to sale, unfortunately let down by market knowledge of suburb and what would be a realistic price range. Ant and team bring great enthusiasm and orient their service to ensure clients are kept well informed about the sale process. Despite a strong market, it took three months to find a final purchaser after a false start with the first purchaser failing to secure finance.
