When researching for an agent to sell our home we were already impressed with the communication from Ant and his team as customers looking to buy - we were receiving regular updates for properties for sale (after requesting this) and any query's we had were responded to in hours. Many other agents either ignored our query's re properties for sale or took days to respond - so we figured that would be how they would treat any of our possible buyers and this was not the customer service we wanted for the sale of our property.
