The second time my wife and I have sold with Ant and Simon and once again it was an absolute pleasure. We were delighted with the result we achieved and the fact we didn't even get to market is a true indication of the depth of Ray White's database. Highly recommend.

We'd been looking for a new home in Tranmere over a number of years now - we were pretty selective and were in no hurry, so had the chance to wait for just the right home to finally enter the market. After registering the various parameters of what we were seeking with Ant's database for property alerts, we felt comfortable that if he listed anything along the lines of our dream home, we'd get a timely heads-up. And that's exactly the way it rolled! We gained a 'sneak peek' alert over a fortnight before it ended up in the press and were able to take a few considered moments to think it over carefully, speak to the bank and feel comfortable in making a strong offer in an endeavour to score it as ours before the rest of the market knew it was even available. Ant and his team worked with us in a highly professional way in gaining a timely finalisation of the contract - now we just can't wait for settlement and to move into our fabulous new home, at last!!!!

Team at Rapid Response were terrific, very professional and great experience. They achieved for us a very satisfying result in such a short period .Wood recommend them highly.

I did not have as much to do with Ant as my husband did and he will write a review shortly. I found Ant to be extremely prompt. i.e. When I would email Ant the reply was almost instant. He is very amusing in his advertising and responsive.

Ant,Brad and Brady have sold our house in the first week it was listed online. Although a lot of work was done prior to the listing eg; interviews, photos, etc. I interviewed 5 real estate agents prior to the sale and selected Ant and his team on their professionalism and enthusiasm and they haven't disappointed. I can recommend them to prospective sellers.

Ant & Simon and their team are exceptionally professional. They respond rapidly to any request. They are happy to spend the time to assist with queries. They were knowlagable about the market and managed our expectations well. I would highly recommend them. Brent & Debra

From the time we said "go" for the sale of our house Ant & his team lived up to their name of the "Rapid Response Unit". Everything happened at a fast but organised pace resulting in a quick & very acceptable sale. We were kept up to date with all details prior to the sale & also what was happening when eventually the house was offered for sale. A very efficient & professional team.

Ant is machine! One of the hardest working agents there is. Any Vendor would be lucky to have Ant as their Agent. Your house would be guaranteed to sell!!

we have recently bought from ray white and found Ant Manton to be a very straight forward person to deal with during the negotiations

Right from the start of the process we were confident that we had a good agent working on our behalf. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. Great marketing. In the end Ant & the team came good with a great deal. Happy.

Ant's estimate of the value of our property was circa 100K above other agents' estimates. And he got the price he said he would. We sold out property with a minimum of fuss for a great price. We live in Sydney and didn't have to do much at all. We would recommend Ant to anyone selling in Hobart - there's a reason he's number 1. Sally Bell and Luke Walker, Sydney.

Ant and his team are professional and fun. Highly recommend using them for either buying or selling. I will certainly utilise their services in future real estate transactions.
