Ant and the team had sold several houses in our area in the previous 12 months so he had very good knowledge of the area . They kept us well informed in a timely fashion and helped us list and sell at a good price . We would definitely use them again .

Ant and the team were great, very friendly and helpful, good follow up but not overly pushy. They listened, provided good advice, were realistic about price and worked hard to clinch the deal. Ant also reduced their commission in order to sweeten my offer for the vendor. I couldn't be happier.
Exceptionally poor performance. We were misled by the agent, who did not act in the sellers or our best interest. It appeared that the agent just wanted a quick sale. If we had not been able to deal directly with the seller as a result of knowing a family member, we would not have bought the property and the seller would not have received the best offer. In response to our direct questions the agent advised us the they would not be submitting offers to the seller for a few days when the seller returned and thus we had plenty of time to consider and make an offer. Then the agent submitted another offer on the same day and advise the seller that we were not interested. The agent did not phone us to advise they were submitting another offer and give us the opportunity to also submit an offer. When we complained to Ant and he eventually replied, he advised that we could make a reserve offer in incase the other offers finance was refused. I would strongly recommend NOT using this real Estate agency, as we were not treated with respect or integrity.
I'm not a property flipper, but I have bought and sold 5 places over the years. Agents come in all shapes and sizes, and out of the 10 I've dealt with - 5 to buy and 5 to sell Ant is a standout. Personable, communicative, honest and hard working. I would not use some of the people I've dealt with in the past again. I would use Ant.
