Ant and the Rapid Response Unit did a great job of selling our house. Ant was professional and very responsive. He offered sound advice when asked, and helped us to set a realistic price - which we reached in less than two weeks. The photography and video were very well executed, as was all of the marketing. Hopefully Ant will be able to find us our next home too!

Rapid Response at our first encounter: My first encounter with Ant was I emailed him on a Sunday evening 24 January 2017 at 10:20pm requesting for he and Simon to undertake a valuation of my property. I was pleasantly surprised that he responded with an immediate phone call at 10:25pm!. My husband responded: "He takes this rapid response thing pretty seriously!" Within two weeks after listing with Ant our house had an offer for purchase. The rapid response unit far exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our interaction with them. Ant Manton delivers as advertised. Very professional and thorough. However, photography quality was not value for money.

We chose Ant and Simon to sell our family home based on word of mouth, and the number of properties they've recently sold in our area. Our past experience with Real Estate Agents hasn't been great, so when these guys actually did what they said they would do, and communicated when they said they would, we were wrapped. Their communication has been fantastic, they made everything seem easy, and when they presented us with an offer only 1 week after going to market, we were pretty impressed to say the least! This team are different. They are left of centre. They don't pretend to be something they're not. We found their sincerity and compassion humbling, and their humour absolutely refreshing.
