Ant acted for a vendor in the sale of a house in Hobart. We were the buyers. As buyers we found Ant to be extremely professional, hard working, communicative and engaging, but equally his priority was his vendor, whose interests were always his absolute priority, and he negotiated hard for them; we respected that. He was prepared to work all hours to help get the deal done. Having dealt with many agents in Hobart recently, in our view Ant was in a league of his own and reminded us of some of the premium agents in the Melbourne market that we have recently sold in.
