We purchased the house originally from Adam and we were very happy with the level of service he offered. So he was an obvious choice when we wanted to sell. Adam keep us informed the whole process and was able to help us secure a sale for our place in a very competitive and flat real estate market. "
When dealing with Adam he has always acted as a complete professional. His attitude is friendly energetic and always well informed. I would recommend Adam to anyone interested in buying or selling property. He is my first port of call if I require information and his follow up when I have dealt with him is second to none.
"We are happy to recommend Adam de Jong to anyone dealing in the Real Estate Market. The recent sale of our property in Barlows Hill was handled with efficiency and courtesy by Adam. The attention to detail and conscientious approach displayed during all negotiations are a reflection of his experience and professional ability. Any potential purchaser or seller of property can have complete faith in his services. Cindy and Richard Hannam"
We are writing to thank you Adam, and Keppel Bay Real Estate, for all your hard work, and professionalism in selling our home. You have made our house selling experience extremely pleasurable. With the extensive marketing campaign you recommended, our property was always in front of a buyer’s face. You were always available for all open house days, reliable, punctual and sporting your smiling face. Feedback after viewings was important to us and you were always prompt with that, either via mobile, email or sms. With a history of selling real estate ourselves, you presented yourself as “real”, trustworthy and honest, which is a refreshing change in today’s agents, and we would highly recommend your services to anyone contemplating selling their home. ~ Kevin & Nola Suhr – Emu Park”
We have known Adam De Jong for a number of years and have had business dealings with Adam in selling investment properties, spec homes and display homes when I worked for a local builder in the area. We had no hesitation in asking Adam to sell our own home. The after-hour chats to provide us with feedback from our open house visitors helped us with move ahead with the added enthusiasm we needed at a very stressful time. Having a deadline to meet Adam worked within our time frame and the communication with us was also prompt with up to date market facts to achieve our goals. We would like to thank you Adam, for your professionalism and honesty. You have a great knowledge of the current market, and a great personality.
Sale – 6 William Street When we placed our investment property on the market with Adam de Jong, we were quite firm with how we wanted the property sold and what price we needed to achieve. We found Adam to be open to our requests and needs for the sale. Adam was very approachable and completely honest with us in his method of sale for the house. Adam continued to listen to us when offers were made and we really felt that he was completely genuine in achieving the best possible sale price. Adam also made the tasks of selling a house very streamlined as he was always 100% organised. The paperwork was made very simple and this meant a lot to us as we are very busy people. Adam has continued with his after sales contact with us. We would not hesitate to make Adam the first choice in Real Estate if we ever decide to buy or sell again. We highly recommend Adam for his completely professional attitude.
I would like to say how Tim and myself are very happy with Adam de Jong. His approachable , pleasant and honest advice was a big factor in keeping us in the loop with selling and purchasing of properties. Adam handled the sales with a honest approach as to how tough the market is. As sellers we wanted to hear all feedback and that was delivered good or bad. We thank him for the end result, we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Sincerely Jo and Tim
We first met Adam when we were on the lookout for a home for ourselves and enjoyed his humour, personality, and professional presentation of others homes. When it came time to sell our home, it was an obvious choice. Someone who we felt comfortable discussing options and ideas with and all the while being open and honest with his opinion. We are totally satisfied with our dealings with Adam on both a sales and purchases level. You simply can't go past him.
We have had the pleasure on 2 occasions now to have used the services of Adam DeJong of Keppel Real Estate to market and sell our homes. We also used his company to manage a rental property for us. It has been an amazing journey during both those marketing periods as Adam is not only a true professional but also has a tremendous personality. We have had varying experiences with Real Estate agents over the years, many negative, but Adam is an exception to those experiences where he is totally trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, always on time, professional and also now a great friend. He knows how to speak to prospective clients to gain their trust and is honest in how he does that. He has been successful in selling both our homes within an acceptable time frame and has gained our expected price considering the current markets. We would have no hesitation in recommending Adam to market your property or manage your rental. You will also make a good friend. Nick and Julie O’Brien
