Hi People, My opinion is the hardest part in real estate is finding a good agent. Adam is a good agent. He is honest and effective. 17 years since I bought this house (I did deals before and since plus some experience in investment finance). Realistically I was out of date when it came to sale of my own house. And a bit nervous. So I asked questions and listened to his advice and did as he suggested. I let him run the auction show.
