The price on the house was appropriate, not under or over stated. We were updated regularly on numbers of people viewing the property, and Adam was available to assist with any questions we had. We auctioned and he worked very hard to get as high a price as was possible.
He is mostly sellers agent and co-operative with purchaser as well. So if you are selling your property, just go with Adam.

To whom it may concern, I have bought and sold many properties in the past years and I am not easily impressed with Estate agents, however i have to say that Adam and his team are a different kettle of fish. I am a person who calls a spade a spade and does not appreciate being spun BS. From the get go I found that Adam was upfront, honest, attentive, flexible, easy going and followed through with all details. One of my biggest issues was being kept abreast of the progress of the sales campaign and I never found that I had to chase Adam up or was left wanting for information. He regularly kept me updated, this was particularly important because I do not live close to the property on the market and i was acting on behalf of another family member. I found his assessment of the nature of the inspections honest, refreshing and detailed. His appraisal of the property initially to be very accurate and his work to achieve the end result impressive. As a business owner myself I can only think of one way to reward his work, and that is to give a well deserved positive review and to recommend him to anyone thinking of selling in the eastern suburbs, such as Vermont , Mitcham, Ringwood etc. All the best Anita
