Shenal was excellent to work with, terrific communicator and between her and her team everything went really smoothly. As per the title Shenal really worked hard to get the sale, every lead was followed up, regular unprompted updates and I always felt that her recommendations were excellent. She knows the market very well and is an excellent operator.

We had a fantastic experience working with Shenal Yigitbas throughout the purchase of our property. From the very beginning, Shenal was professional, approachable and incredibly helpful, making what can be a stressful process feel so much easier.

A strong understanding of the Clayfield market place helped both the Buyer and the Seller reach an amicable outcome in a very clean transaction.

Kim is a wonderful agent to work with. She makes you feel like you are her only client and is there to answer any question or work through any issues that crop up in what felt like a very intense time as we were buying and selling at the same time. She was immediate in her responses and always a step ahead. She was patient, caring and very real in her interactions. We are very grateful to have gone through this period with Kim as our agent and 'coach'.

Kim is an outstanding agent who is highly knowledgeable, well connected, and truly goes above and beyond. She secured a buyer for my property within just a couple of weeks at the price I was seeking, without the need to even list the property on the market. Kim and her team were professional, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their communication was exceptional, with consistent updates and clear coordination between the buyer and me to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I was extremely happy with the 180-day settlement period, which gave me plenty of time to relocate my family’s belongings. My family and I would not hesitate to work with Kim and her team again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, results-driven agent.

Kim and her team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Buying a house is certainly a stressful time but we felt the entire process was certainly made a lot easier with Kim responding to our many many questions at any time we seemed to send them to her! Thank you for being so patient with us. The Connolly’s

Tyson and his team ran the whole campaign flawlessly. The whole team handled the marketing process and then the sale very professionally from beginning to end. We trusted Tyson completely. His communication skills are excellent - clear and concise. We felt he was very thorough with his research and very honest to deal with.

Tyson and his team (John and Mia) achieved a great result for us with a quick and stress-free sale. In the lead up to the sale Tyson gave us honest advice on our property sale strategy and always had our best interests at front of mind. John managed the process well with potential buyers during the negotiations. The whole team were professional, respectful, and friendly throughout. Tyson continued to help us after the sale by being available to give advice on potential properties to help us to make the right investment decisions. Thanks team.

My experience as a buyer working with Tyson and his team was exceptional. I thoroughly recommend Tyson and his team if looking to sell. He was always courteous, prompt and helpful with negotiations and post settlement assistance. Tyson was fair throughout, no games and I’m sure the sellers would have said the same thing. Strongly recommend.

Alex, Bella and team made us feel confident and comfortable from day one. Nothing was too hard (or questions too stupid!) for these guys. We’re so happy with the outcome!

Alex Rutherford and her staff were excellent in all aspects of selling our house. We were fully notified of everything that was happening. Alex and staff went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the best price possible for our property. I would highly recommend Alex.
