Marketing material, listing , photos etc was on point for the area and despite a challenging marketplace , the property sold. He connected us to a local styling and suppliers and we were able to get the property styled and renovated prior to sale. The whole process of selling my property with Adam and Jo was seamless. He advised me what he thought the property needed for it to present at its best. I took all his advice from new carpets, painting and gardening. Jo then took over, arranging quotes, and coordinating the works required. The property went on the market, and within a week the property was sold above the quoted range! Thank you Adam and Jo. What a team! If I had to sell property again, I would use Adam. He is the best.
