Adam was really amazing - his market knowledge and estimates were conservative but hopeful, his advice on what to do and not bother to do in selling our home was spot on and fair, and he went over and above expectations - even (hope I don't set the bar too high here) helping us move some boxes out of our attic to get ready for settlement! Although Adam was obviously working on behalf of the vendor, I felt very pleased for the opportunity to do business with him. He was 'my' agent, too, and his professionalism mixed with a healthy dose of humour made what could've been a stressful process, smooth and easy.
