It's a long story. This property had been put onto market for quite a few weeks since I visited it at the first open inspection. While I was struggling to sell my own investment property ( a unit in Box Hill South) for a reasonable price with huge difficulty due to the low market demand, it seemed there was no chance for me to secure the chance to buy this one, especially after a buyer gave an amazingly high offer (subject to finance) to this property. Then I gave up and focussed on the sale of my small unit. One day the staff looking after this property at Biggin & Scott contacted me and told me this property was put onto market again after that buyer withdrew the offer due to financial issue. Because my own unit was just sold at a price much lower than I expected, making me have to cut my previous buying budget by dozens of thousand dollars, I did several rounds of negotiation with Biggin & Scott, until a written offer was finally made at Boronia office which was the highest amount I could afford at that time and I believed still a good price for both vendor and buyer. It was a Sunday afternoon and Sara was waiting for me to give the written offer. I thanked her for contributing her weekend time to help me. The next day Adam called and congratulated me on the successful purchase as the vendor accepted my offer. It has been a not-so-easy process but yet very pleasant experience working with Adam's team. Impressed by the professionalism and diligence of Adam's people, including Furqan, Sara and Danelle. Couldn't recommend them more.
