We were apprehensive at the beginning of the campaign in reference to our selling price. However as the campaign proceeded we became very confident with Adam and his team. Our house sold quickly and we are more than happy with the outcome of the sale of our property. Adam is very professional in his approach. He and his team achieved a wonderful result. Adam took over looking after the sale of our home from another agent who left the company. As we were overseas at the time, Adam and Sarah conversed with my daughter which worked out well as they kept her up to date with the inspections etc. The auction was slow, and did not get to what was expected but Adam negotiated with the purhasers and got us a price which we were happy with at the end.

Unfortunately we are unable to comment on Sara or Adam for this property as we dealt with Nik Bradley thought the entire process. Nik was fantastic in all areas and we would highly recommend him. Nik had been in contact with us for months leading up to purchasing the property and we formed a great relationship, he was dedicated to helping us find the right property. Without Niks help I think we would still be searching. We both trusted him and I am glad we did as we are more than happy with our purchase. We both were appreciated Niks honest approach, out of all the agents we had dealings with from all companies, Nik provided us with a personal experience, and we are both grateful for his work.

I choose Adam Flynn as my agent for the sale (out of three to whom I spoke) because he communicated the clearest idea of the potential market, and because he had a clear strategy for attracting buyers and negotiating with them. True to his predictions, there was strong interest in my property, and it was sold within a week of putting it on the market. The negotiation strategy produced strong competition between those bidding, and the result was an excellent sale price, well above my expectations. From my first experience with the team, Sara impressed, and was helpful providing intel, advice, knowledge, and a calming reassurance regarding my hopes into investment property. I'd also like to Warmly thank Nik Bradley who I’ve now had a number of close dealings with. Nik has been absolutely Outstanding and Exceptionally helpful through my journey. Without his help I’m not sure I could’ve even done this. Nik had provided me a consoling ear when I previously missed out on a property I was keen on. But has since provided friendly assistance and helpful direction towards my successful property acquisition. Over and above what I would've expected from an Estate Agent. Throughout our entire journey from first inspecting the property to organising everything before the settlement date, the service we received from both Adam and Sarah was first rate. It was very easy to communicate with them when a problem arose or just to ask an enquiry. After this experience we would definitely use them again when it is time to get the next property.

I bought through this agent so thought it easier to sell through the same. I was told a price that was impressive and would have left me worry free, however minimal people at the auction and no bids. We sold after auction for a much lower price than what I was told at the start of signing up. This left the process from then on so stressed and anxious. Sara was amazing and filled in every detail, for an assistant she was faultless. Jumped onto every request and even helped me on her day off. However Adam was non existent, didn't even call once the house had settled. The Vendor I bought my house from had a similar experience, also selling at a loss and not having much to do with Adam.
