The sale of my house was an incredibly stressful experience due to being in the centre of a none amicable divorce. I was impressed when I first met Adam with his warm welcome and professionalim. I then met Joel when he came with Adam to our house, they were both very helpful and honest about our home presentation, which we very much appreciated. I didn't get a chance to meet Catarina but I feel I know her through her friendly updating emails. I would like to express my gratitude to the whole team throughout the campaign. I have known Adam for a number of years and he is my 'go to' Agent for Caulfield. Adam has worked with me on 3 previous occasions on the sell side - I find him easy to deal with and his manner is upfront and direct which I appreciate. He says it 'like it is' and on this occasion continue to work with the potential buyer via negotiation to achieve what we felt was the best result available on the day. For this sale, Adam and Catarina were challenged by the fact that I am based overseas so communication styles required flexibility due to time differences etc - although I did not feel that I was not aware of what was happening with the status of my sale. This was my first experience selling property so I wanted to find the best agent. I was looking for an agent who was realistic, honest, interested, knowledgable and above all genuinely available to sell my property with enthusiasm and care. My first meeting with Adam went well. He was realistic about my property's value but suggested many ideas to present and improve the property before it went on the market. Adam had lots of contacts for tradesmen and he offered that help straight away. Adam kept in contact along the way letting me know about similar properties he was selling so I had a feel for the market. He was flexible when I needed to change my auction date and showed understanding and patience. Adam was always reliable and approachable and everything ran smoothly during the campaign. Adam genuinely liked my property and that showed in his virtual tour video. He was able to convey his enthusiasm to potential buyers and I think that is a very important part of being a great agent. Adam worked hard to get the best price for me. He was never pushy or impatient. Along the way I had great support from Catarina, Adams assistant. Catarina was very professional and caring and kept me informed of all the progress, inspections, etc. Catarina also was very flexible organising auction times and dates. I felt the communication was always open, caring and honest with a strong professional feel. Joel was also excellent and honest and open about my property. Overall my experience has been excellent and I'd recommend Adam if you need an agent.
