My experience with Adam and generally Gary Peer was very enjoyable right from the beginning. Adam has shown confidence and deep understanding of the market in the area and where he and Gary Peer were positioned in that market. He identified the date for the auction, explaining clearly why that day was the most suitable. The auction results clearly show that his reasoning was sound. Based on that date, he proposed the full plan of related activities, noting all milestones. From that moment, it was much easier for me to adjust all actions I had to do to prepare the apartment for sale. He also provided helpful advice on some details about arranging the apartment. Throughout the campaign, he kept in touch, he was readily available whenever I needed him. Apart from Adam, his assistants, Joel on sales side and Catarina on admin side, were spotless. Joel kept informing me after every inspection about the details, encouraging me with news. In the meantime, Catarina was doing her part of the job, regularly providing the stats on the campaign, and provided all necessary paperwork. In addition, she was also readily approachable and friendly. What I am very thankful about is that a feeling that I was not treated as a once-off customer, but a valuable client, no matter whether my property was $500k or $5M worth. I will remember that, and definitely recommend Gary Peer, and particularly Adam, wherever appropriate. Well done Adam, Joel and Catarina, and well done Gary Peer! We were happy with Adam's service. Adam is a good guy and gave us a realistic price - he did not get our expectations up too high unlike some of the other agents we met with which we appreciated. The sale price ended up being pretty much around what he initially quoted so he was pretty spot on. Our property had a few cons as it was close to a cemetery with an unusual floor plan which didn't suit everyone but Adam and his team did a great job in getting a large amount of people through the door. I found Adam and Caterina's communication was always good also, very responsive. If I wasn't leaving the Caulfield area, I would have no hesitation of using Adam again. He knows his stuff.

I was selling this property from both interstate where I currently live in Perth as well as overseas in the UK where I was for work in the weeks leading up to the auction. Therefore. It was important that communication to me was very good throughout and Adam and Catarina were excellent at ensuring everything was organized from initial maintenance work to marketing and finally all home viewings. I was regularly kept in the loop and was given regular feedback on how the property looked pre-inspections as well as post weekend home inspections. This communication was very important to me as being so far away was often a little stressful leading into the auction.
