We couldn't have asked for a better campaign and auction! Adam was fantastic. Aside from his extensive market knowledge in our area, he is very personable and is great to work with. He made sure that we knew he was always available to help, whether it be by providing contacts for getting the house ready for sale, or to discuss any concerns we may have. We were kept updated on the progress of the campaign throughout.....Adam phoned after every inspection, and we had a number of meetings during the campaign to go over everything. Adam's assistant, Catarina, is seriously organised! You need not worry that she has missed anything! She is also a lovely person to deal with. We recently offered our family home of fifty years for sale with the help of Gary Peer and Associates. This is our fifth property transaction with Phillip Kingston since 1993. I wanted to sell an investment property that I no longer needed. Adam had sold me the house I currently live in a few years and I found him to be genuine. Joel was diligent and maintained regular contact with me throughout the inspection and pre-auction process, so he ensured I was kept updated with all aspects of my sale. He also continued this well after the sale to advise me of potential properties for purchase.
