Adam has immaculate local market knowledge, with excellent communication skills and he is an out an out professional. We tried several ways to market this house as our first option of auction was unsuccessful due to a dry market. Adam gave us advise for which strategy works best for the second option and this strategy is how we sold the house within 3 months of going to market. Adam has a prompt response, always able to answer any question relating to the housing market or the area and willingness to go the extra mile (such as taking a photo, helping us locate a gardener). Through the whole process Adam would give us a weekly update as well as an update on potential buyers after every property viewing.

As first time sellers and putting our only home on the market Adam's advice and recommendations were what we needed for assurance and confidence to move forward.
