Adam is a very professional real estate agent. Adam's knowledge of the property and the area was exemplary. Adam went out of his way to answer my extensive questions about the property with patience. Trust is important when purchasing a property and I felt this with Adam in spades.
As this was our first time selling Adam helped us with getting our home ready to put on the market. With all of his useful tips on what buyers are looking for in a property. Adam was honest and prompt and kept us up to date with everything in the sale process. Our was listed when he said it would be listed and we had 9 groups book with in the first day of of listing. He would come back to us with positive cmments from the potential buyers. We had 1 open house were 15 groups came in and and we had 5 offers of over the asking price. We could not be more happy with Adam Savage and the Helpful team at Peter Fisher realestate Orange. We cant thank you enough, If your looking at selling they come highly recommended by us
We had the privilege of dealing with Adam during the recent sale of our property as well as the purchase of our new home. Adam went above and beyond expectations. His friendly manner, together with his expertise and gentle guidance through some difficult situations was greatly appreciated. Five stars to Adam and we would not hesitate in recommending him as a outstanding Real Estate Agent.
Not only was Adam the real estate agent selling the property, he was an advocate and problem solver for us, the sellers, particularly as a Trust was involved and the property was tenanted and furnished. Adam’s pleasant, polite demeaner and integrity, his strong work ethic and attention to detail gave both us (the sellers) and the potential buyers’ confidence. Adam communicated regularly with us via email, texts and telephone and followed up if we had any questions. As an experienced real estate agent, he had a strong understanding of the local housing market and a network of connections in the industry. We do not hesitate in recommending Adam Savage and Peter Fisher Real Estate as the agent and agency to sell your property.
The recent sale of Unit 10, 83 Gardiner Road Orange NSW was a great outcome and a ‘win-win’ for us, the sellers, and for the buyer. We believe that Adam’s experience, data base of buyers and understanding of the local area enabled him to expedite the sale and maximise the price of Unit 10, 83 Gardiner Road Orange. Adam was very proactive in constantly keeps us in the loop about all aspects of the sale. He always returned our calls in a quick and timely manner. He also communicated and negotiated with other stakeholders such as solicitors, conveyancers and strata body management on our behalf. Adam was always considerate of our needs and his honesty and politeness, were obviously an asset for both us, the sellers, and the buyer. We cannot fault Adam Savage and Peter Fisher Real Estate in any way.
Thank you Adam for your honest and persistent approach to selling our property. A few hiccups were thrown along the way making it not the easiest property to sell, but this didn't deter Adam. Thank you for always keeping us in the loop and communicating often (even on your days off).
This was a long settlement timeframe given the sale required Probate. Adam assisted us with determining a selling price and within a week the property was sold at the nominated selling price, no negotiation. During the long settlement process Adam kept us informed at all critical points. I lived at a distance and Adam was very hands on, assisting with the sale of some items in the property and clearing the property for final inspection. Adam did what he said he was going to do from the start, an honest and reliable Real Estate Agent, well done and thankyou. Paul, Burraneer, NSW
Adam recently sold us our home in Orange, to help us make our tree change out of Sydney. Throughout the whole process, Adam kept us informed with how it was progressing. He made the whole experience as enjoyable as buying a house can be. We'd highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
I was more than happy with the way Adam conducted himself when buying my home, he is an extremely professional agent, with a wealth of real estate knowledge.
Adam was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He did not lead us astray on price point to list it for. The photos were outstanding. Presentation was lovely. He kept us in the loop of what was happening and how things we going. Including fielding the phone calls from hubby (multiple calls). Also was most accomodating when we had sold to see the family home that was built by his parents so had never exchanged hands for 46 yrs one last time. Thank you so much for allowing this. Its Peter fisher for the win on both sellling and renting.
I found Adam Savage to be very knowledgeable in his field in relation to all aspects surrounding the sale of this house including the area in which the house is situated & the target marget that this house would be most suited to. Adam kept me up to date through the whole process along with offering viable solutions to situations that arose regarding purchaser or property issues. I could not be happier with the service provided by Adam.
