Adam comes over as a fair, prompt and open right from the start. I selected him out of three agents based on his 'straight talking', his sensitivity and commission. He had good suggestions on where I might invest to increase the sale price. And where not to bother. He then sorted the quotes, took photos of samples for me and dealt with all the 101 fiddly tasks that need doing on site. That lift in price was achieved. Adam also liaised closely and positively with the rental agent and outgoing tenant from the start. He is always prompt without being pushy.
