My mother had moved into Parkwood to assist with her personal caring. Upon doing so we needed to sell her home for the deposit required. After trying to sell privately and releasing it was a bigger job then we thought, my brother and I decided to seek out the assistance of a Real Estate Agent. As my brother is located in Forbes, it was my decision to choose whom we would go with. I have know Adam since high school and on speaking with him on the initial inspection of the house, found him professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring. It is a difficult time for all involved, I must say. Adam communicated with me on a regular basic as to the process of the selling the property, something that I had no knowledge of. Adam is very easy to talk too about sensitive issues that did arise during the course of the sale. Which I do appreciate. To my surprise the house sold very quickly and Mum was pleased with the final price. Adam even went out of his way to personally remove a family sign on the house that I could not remove myself before settlement occurred. One day I had Mum at the house for her to see what was happening. Adam made a effort with Mum and advised her of the new residents and how it will still be a family home.
