Adam's attention to detail & his tireless tenacity was second to none! He was conscientious, focused & respected my requests. He always contacted me to ascertain anything he was unsure about. I greatly valued his input & thank him for his time & patience, opening for inspection rain, hail or shine! Adam is a credit to his profession & an asset to Peter Fisher Real Estate.

We highly recommend Adam as a selling agent. His professionalism, knowledge of the market, ability to form connections with the buyers lead to a sale without even listing our house as an offer was made 3 days after signing with Adam to sell our home. Well Done Adam, a credit to yourself and your friendly nature wins people's respect. When we are ready to buy our next investment in Orange we will be in contact again. Thanks again Ben and Vanessa

Adam is an exceptional agent, I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and he stands out from the rest. Adam made the whole sale process seamless, he is very personable, a great communicator who listens and guides you through the sale process with confidence, making valuable input into presentation and marketing. There is no doubt that the buyer would feel this same confidence in their dealings with Adam. I was not living in Orange but was comforted to have Adam professionally arrange a number of minor maintenance needs, then when the sale came around his negotiation skills came to the fore. I have no hesitation recommending Adam to anyone who is selling their property.

From the moment we met Adam as he thoughtfully removed his shoes at the front door we were impressed. He has a wonderful, easy to talk to manner and is a careful listener. He made really thoughtful observations and useful suggestions which reflected his vast experience and knowledge of the market. He put together a very impressive personalised presentation including sample photos, marketing strategies and data regarding his recent sales. Adam was the height of professionalism, always punctual and gave thorough and thoughtful feedback combined with excellent interpersonal skills. We highly recommend him.

Adam was exceptional when I found the property I wanted to buy. He went out of his way to Double check things and meet tradesmen at times when I asked. Would definitely recommend him to others looking to buy a property in Orange.

We are very happy with our purchase and Adam really helped the seal the deal.. Wouldnt hesitate to reccomend him for a purchase or a sale..

We really appreciated Adams' honesty, frequent updates and promot attention to all our requests and questions.

Adam was very professional and courteous in every instance. He always followed through with requests, was on time for appointments and made the whole process of negotiating and purchasing our house streamlined and easy. Adam is friendly and genuine. He even provided us with a little horticulture booklet to help us with our garden! Of all the agents I have dealt with in the past, Adam is the best.

I have lived in Orange for many years, built and sold numerous homes and know a lot of people in the real estate business. I would rate Adam Savage as one of the best sales agents I have been associated with. Adam takes care of everything from start to finish and keeps in contact on what is happening with the sale at all times. Adam has a great personality, is honest and trustworthy a trait not generally associated with sales agents. I would recommend Adam to any one selling or buying a home, you wont be disappointed.

Adam handled the sale of one of our investment properties in Orange, 51 Maxwell Avenue. Adam is a competent and reliable agent, who makes a conscious decisions to be honest when dealing with the price of a property, even if he is aware of inflated values made by his competitors. He is worth his fee and has a very calm approach when dealing with buyers and seller which makes him a very useful asset to all involved in the sale process. Thanks for everything, unfortunately I don't have another home for you to sell in Orange, but I'm sure you'll have plenty of customers to keep you busy. All the best mate. Warm Regards Scott & Kim D'Ombrain Mollymook Beach
