I had a good experience selling my property with Adam, he was upfront and honest in his valuation of my property, his organisation and experience with selling property stood out. My property was tenanted, the house was run-down and the yard untidy, not the best market condition but he worked with everyone and achieved a really good outcome. I was recommended to approach Adam and I would recommended him anyone wanting to sell their property

Adam is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is vastly experienced, genuine and with a calm and trusting nature that resonates well with buyers and sellers alike. He did a magnificent for us in marketing, following up on leads, providing timely feedback, and securing a wonderful result. He went above and beyond in assisting us. This was such a great help, as we were unable to be present during the whole process from Listing through to Settlement, as we reside interstate. It was very reassuring to know that Adam was in control, and we were very comfortable entrusting Adam to sell our property. We highly recommend Adam to anyone requiring an honest, hardworking and experienced Agent to sell their property.

We were in a rather unique situation where we needed to identify a house to purchase quickly. Adam was very professional made himself available to show a house at very short notice both in person and via Video call. Adam was great at communicating and pointing out the features of the properyy and went out of his way to really listen to us and assist us with answers to our many questions. Adam was calm - well presented and communicated exceptionally well. He made the purchasing process easy, and given the speed at which we were operating I am very grateful we had someone as responsive as Adam working for the vendor.

Would recommend Adam to anyone wishing to sell their property. His knowledge & experience was amazing. His communication was fantastic & I was kept in the loop pretty much on a daily basis even well outside business hours.

Adam has consummate knowledge of the real estate market & its trends. He looks after both vendor and buyer and as he has excellent communication skills he gives gives them both the information they need to make an informed sale or purchase! Having both bought and sold with Adam, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Didn't push us in any way very easy going in a perfect way thank you so much Adam

Thank you Adam for making the process of selling my home relatively easy. A pleasure to work with.

We found Adam to be reliable, honest and realistic and he delivered on everything he promised. Adam sold our house in only four days with minimal fuss and minimal stress, at a price that we were delighted with.

Adam is a level above the others in his earnest hardworking approach to selling. He is personable and down to earth. All my tradies knew and liked him, and were happy to complete work quickly because it was Adam they were in communication with and not someone else. :)

We found Adam very helpful and kept us regularily up to date. Would recommend him to anyone selling there home

Buying into the regional market when you live 3 hours away seemed a little daunting at first, but Adam made sure that no stone was left unturned from start to finish. He was extremely professional and put my mind at ease, especially as I couldn't view the property first hand. He went out of his way give me a 20 minute video call, walking me through and making sure I saw any defects that were present. (not something your regular agent would do). A real stand up guy that was nothing but honest. Thanks again Adam, you're a great agent.

I engaged Adam to sell our investment property. It was very easy to deal with Adam, he is courteous and professional all through the process. He kept appointments as required and Adam also regularly kept me updated on how things were progressing even after the exchange was made. We also exceeded our expectations on the sale. I would have no trouble recommending Adam as an agent, and I will be engaging him for any future requirements I have.
