Adam was tremendous in setting out the expectations for the sale process and was committed to getting the best result possible. The quality I liked most about Adam was that he constantly communicatied with me to ensure I was fully aware of the situaiton in terms of selling the property. His enthusiam was a key driver in getting a great result and it would seem that Adam really loves his role and is passionate not only about real estate but more importantly his clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam as an agent.

Adam is friendly, knowledgeable and persistent (one of the main reasons we hired him!). He's a good negotiator and was able to get a good offer from our first open house, which was negotiated upwards from there and resulted in a quick sale.

The first thing we realised when we negotiated our offer with Adam, and much to his own admission, is that he likes to talk. Throughout the process, we never felt like there wasn't anything we were entitled that he wasn't telling us... in grand detail, with a commentary track and bonus features. This was our first time negotiating to buy, and I expected Adam to be the stereotypical agent that would bamboozle us into making an offer we didn’t want to make, then later laugh maniacally while swimming through piles of cash like Scrooge McDuck. Unfortunately, my cynicism was proven wrong. I appreciated that it was up-front for him to tell us directly that he was working to get the best offer for the seller, but his explanation of the situation and advice on how to make a strong offer helped us to name a price that eventually got us the house. Sure, he used some salesman magic to get us to come up from our original offer, but not to the point where we felt pressured into going over our max price. He then gave us all the information we needed to make sure we made strong offer, while also telling us what we needed to know if we wanted to back out. I guess he has the right mix of personality traits you'd want in an agent—a friendly and easy-going disposition, good communication skills, a sixth sense for knowing how high buyers will go, a passion for his job, and a bulldog-on-a-newspaper tenacity to get the best deal. And I suppose that's why we chose him to be the agent for sale of our home, though only after he happily spent time answering all our questions in what must've felt like an X-factor audition. He has been really helpful to us as a couple buying their first real house and selling their first home, and was patient with our seemingly never-ending questions and concerns and general freaking out. We would recommend him as both an agent to buy from (as long as you're happy to sweat at least a little) and to sell your property.

I liked Adam the minute he walked through our front door. I felt he was a very genuine person and I trusted him immediately to market our house. He kept in contact with us daily, and did everything he said he would. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam's services to anyone needing an agent, and have already sung his praises to all our friends.
