Adam is amazing! This is the second time I have used Adam to sell a house and there is a reason that I keep going back. From the beginning he was open and honest about how he thought my sale would go. Being a one bedroom house it was not the easiest home to have on the market. He advised that the house would either sell in the first couple of weeks or it could take a few months. It was his fantastic work that had it sold in 2 weeks! He went above and beyond to help with the preparation for the sale and the negotiations to get it sold for what I wanted. I've always been a sceptic and held my cards close when dealing with any real estate agents. Adam crushed any fears or doubts that I ever could've had. He spoke only honest truths and never left me questioning his motives or the intentions of the business. I can not tell you how much time and effort Adam gave us, Myself and my Mother who is interstate. He helped us through the whole process, basically he held our hand through each step. Most 'real' real estate agent I've met! Straight to the point, made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.
