During our search for a house we dealt with all the real estate agents in the area. Adam stood out from the rest from the very start. Upon walking into the office for the first time Adam spent 2 hours with showing us around the area and the houses currently on the market. We purchased about 6 months after initial contact with Adam during this period Adam had taken on board our needs and price range only showing us appropriate houses and not outside our range. We had been looking for property for a few months and to be honest had pretty much had enough of the rubbish real estate agents had been telling us eg their underestimation of property sale prices, the countless emails and texts about new properties in our price range then going to inspect to find they were not in our range.
