Adam and his team were very professional in selling our family home under difficult situations, Adam did a excellent job, he presented the property in a very positive way to potential buyers, thru out the advertising campaign which helped us to reach a wonderful price at auction. Can highly recommend Adam to sell any property within this area that he knows so well.

We purchased a property through Adam and his agency. We found Adam to be good with his communication skills with us and whilst being required to act in the best interest of his vendor when it came to negotiations, he was fair and friendly to us as purchasers. In a market with strong competition, we are very happy that Adam assisted us in securing our forever home.

Adam and his team were exceptional. Everything they said they would do ,they did it and more. We couldn`t speak highly enough of our experience with this transaction. Definitely recommend this agency.

Thank you Adam for looking after the sale of my family's' home. Its been an emotional time for all the family and I thank you for being supportive and offering your help where needed, and beyond. Your were a calming influence and I thank you for your continued support. Kindest regards, Sandra Knight

To Adam and Daniel, It's a pleasure to write a huge thank you for your expertise in selling my parents home. Thanks in your case is certainly not enough, with my parents both in their 90's you both showed them such respect, consideration and courtesy selling a home which has been in the family for 97 years which made it all the more sensitive, however you never faltered with your caring nature. The advertising, follow ups and keeping us in the loop at every turn resulted in a $215,000 over reserve sale. To describe "One Agency" in a word AMAZING. Again thank you Adam and Daniel...Kris Symons.

We would just like to thank Adam and his team from One Agency at Menai for their professional manner in the sale of our villa. Adam always remained in contact with us throughout the sale process and went out of his way to help. The sale price went above our expectations which we are sure was due to One Agency's expertise and experience. We feel that Adam went above and beyond the normal course of his duty to ensure a satisfactory result. We have no hesitation in recommending Adam Wylie and the One Agency team at Menai.

Professional, easy and successful! What more could you want? Adam and his team made the whole process of selling our family home completely stress free and totally enjoyable. Could not be happier!.

My family and I would like to thank you for your excellent effort towards the sale of our Mum's home. It was not an easy decision to sell, and we appreciate your assistance throughout the process. There was no time wasted with the valuation, photography, advertising and bringing prospective buyers through the home, which sold at auction for a price we were very happy with. The team was always pleasant, helpful and sincere, never pushy. I would not hesitate in recommending One Agency as an agent to my family and friends. Thankyou, Evie, Jan and Greg

Thank you to Adam and the entire team at OneAgency. You made the entire process so much easier than I had imagined. Every time I had a question or a problem, one call to you or the team put me back on track. The sale of my house was the biggest financial deal I have ever been involved in and it was reassuring to see that you took that responsibility seriously. The result was a much higher sale price than I had hoped for. Thanks to Adam, Dean and the rest of the team for all their hard work and making me feel like we were all working together. Anyone thinking about selling should contact Adam Wylie so that you can go onto the property market with confidence that OneAgency is doing everything they can to get you the best result possible.

I cannot speak highly enough regarding the customer service, communication and quality salesmanship displayed by Adam Wylie and the One Agency Menai team. We needed a very quick sale, and much to our surprise after one open house it was done and dusted for much more than we were expecting. We are ever-grateful to Adam Wylie and the One Agency Menai team.

Brilliantly marketed the sale of the family from the get go. Achieved $600,000 over the reserve. Giving Estate Agents a very good name.
