We unexpectedly decided to move house in early October and get our property onto the market as quickly as possible. Having interviewed all the other agents in Blackheath we decided on Adele -- and our confidence was amply justified. Adele gave us an honest valuation and very clear advice about what we had to do to get our house sale-ready, with good recommendations of the tradies who could do the work ASAP. Meanwhile she mobilised her staff to prepare the PR, an important part of which were the excellent photographs that Adele herself took. We had missed the peak of the selling season (and the market), so there was no time to lose. We thought at first we had a buyer who proceeded to put Adele and us through the ringer. Adele never lost her cool and kept us informed every step of the way about the negotiations -- including her own judgment about the buyer's psychology. When the sale fell through, we took her advice to reduce our asking price to the lower level of her original estimate. Fortunately new buyers emerged and Adele was able to hold the line with them about our price. This was no small feat as she was having to communicate with us while we were in the Galapagos(!) Unfortunately, Xmas intervened and we were unable to exchange until January and settle in February -- the timetable was entirely out of Adele's hands. The high marks we've given Adele across the board are a true reflection of our experience in the successful sale of our property. We should also add that it was nice to be treated as adults/partners in achieving this result.
We were very impressed with all communication we had with Adele Coleman. She is very professional and at the same time friendly and informative. We would not hesitate to ask her to sell a house for us should we need an agent. We were also very impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of her staff.
Our dealings with Adelle were minimal but all questions were answered promptly and accurately. All in all a good experience.

Adele Colman clearly knows the Blackheath market. The advice she provided, her price estimation proved to be very sound as she sold my property in the first weekend for a price at the top of the range for such a property. She answered all my queries and was always available to be contacted.
