Adrian‘s wealth of knowledge around the Acacia Ridge area is outstanding. Highly recommend this Local family real estate to anyone that is selling or buying. Very caring and knowledgeable. Thanks again for your understanding. You guys rock!!! Katrina
From the high quality of the photos and presentation on the net, to good communication ,the whole process was made simple and easy . Very happy with the result and all aspects of the sale. To sum up Adrian and his team are professionals.
Adrian and Zac from Daynes Property were instrumental in the successful sale of our Acacia Ridge home of 37 years. Their local knowledge, patience and professionalism were second to none. Our property was marketed in both the traditional way and in social and digital marketing. Communication was great and they were always contactable when needed. We would definitely recommend them whether selling or buying your property
Adrian has a thorough knowledge of the Acacia Ridge real estate market. He had an understanding of the type of buyer best suited to the property we had for sale and targeted these specific clients. Adrian was able to secure a buyer within an eight week marketing campaign and then professionally assisted us to finalise the sale after issues were found during the settlement period. I have no hesitation in recommending Adrian to anyone seeking to sell their property within Acacia Ridge or surrounding area Thanks for your assistance in selling our property Adrian, it was greatly appreciated
Adrian kept us informed with everything that was going on. I always had a phone call after every open house. He knows his area and has a lot of knowledge regarding the area. I would not hesitate to recommend his firm to anyone looking to sell a house in the area.
From the time Adrian offered the assistance of his team through to completion of the sale, we were guided on a path designed to produce the best possible return from the sale in the shortest possible time, given the state of the market. We were aware that we were not only supported by Adrian and Zac; but, the whole Daynes Property team were active in preparing the property for sale. Adrian was a visible presence throughout, with his efforts directed towards the end result. His team gave much sound advice, particularly in relation to preparation and minor repairs, prior to sale. We are certain that we would not have achieved the same result without the support of this very professional real estate team.
Adrian has been fantastic from the beginning. Very knowledgeable and genuinely works with you like he's personally invested in the outcome. I would recommend Adrian to anyone looking to buy or sell. Adrian and the rest of the team treat you like family and have your best interests at heart, always.
Adrian managed to secure a sale in a very difficult market as the amount units for sale we were competing against was out of the ordinary. Not only did Adrian sell the unit quickly, he also got us the price we have hoped for. Thank you Adrian!
What an experience! The guidance and knowledge of the Daynes Property team was second to none. Whilst the team were dealing with multiple properties on the market, I was always made to feel like I was priority, and that type of service in my eyes is very hard to come by. For anyone looking to sell, I highly recommend this team with their five star service.
My brother and I found both Adrian and his son to be very professional. They had a substantial knowledge of the local area and provided us with a realistic estimate of what amount we could expect to receive for our property. They definitely strived to get the best price possible for us. We would certainly recommend them.
Can't thank Adrian enough. Its not the first time we have used Adrian either buying or selling and we would go back to him again. He used his local knowledge to help us get a great price. The fact that we brought the house from Adrian 10yrs ago made it easy for everyone as he could see the effort we put into the house and rewarded us by making sure we got value for money.
