Adrian managed to sell my property within 3 weeks, for a strong price, and without any drama or stress. He is no nonsense but also kind and considerate both of sellers and buyers, and the results bear this out I have another property in the same area and HE will be the one selling it Thanks Adrian. If other services in the world were like yours we would all need less medication!!!

I highly recommend Adrian to sell your home. He has great knowledge of the market and always puts 150% into selling your home for the absolute best price. I have now been a customer of Adrian's for about 15 years in which time I have asked him for help with buying and selling and I have also recommended him to family and friends. His rates are fair and the service provided for those rates is outstanding. Do not think twice if you are thinking of working with Adrian or Zac. They are both very experienced and there is NO better. Thank you again Adrian for your continued support for me and my family. A*

We have just sold our house in Mawson street through Daynes Real Estate in Acacia Ridge a local family run business, I have been calm throughout our transition because Adrian, Zac have both kept us up to date with everything. I just found them both very professional, enthusiastic and courteous. We also want to thank Chloe and Vari for their support in everything they did for us as well.. Adrian,Zac and team are the "BEST" i would recommend them if you are selling your property, they achieved a great result for us. Because they are local, they know the area very well. I highly recommend this agency for your property. Jason,Jan wish you all the very best..Thanks for everything

The team at Daynes Property made the entire experience of selling as easy and stress free as possible. They were patient, organised, responsive, friendly and have a solid understanding of Acacia Ridge and surrounding suburbs. They were able to find me the best potential buyers for my house. I could not be more happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agency that values customer service and getting quality results.

We were extremely happy with the professionalism and efficiency of the Daynes Property team. Always delivered and exceeded expectations.

I thought Adrian very easy to work with, he was quick and has a very good network and database of potential buyers. He worked really well with the challenges that presented itself and his speed of communication made us feel we were well cared for. As we were based in Northern NSW, I never met Adrian, only spoke with him on the phone. I could sense his integrity and his knowledge of the market, so we could trust him to sell our property. Thank you

Very professional. Made the process easy and sold the place very quickly. Highly recommended.

Our house was never to be an easy house to sell. Luckily we selected Adrian to be our agent.. Adrian recommended some pre sale preparations and a process that resulted the house being sold in just 2 weeks. He contacted us frequently to keep us informed and always answered our calls clearing up our concerns. Overall we are more than happy with Adrian, would definitely recommend him to anyone considering selling houses in the area.

Adrian & Zac, provided consistent attention and feedback about our property and the potential buyers, and held an open house every weekend until the property went unconditional.

With the over supply of townhouses in the Acacia Ridge area and their decline in popularity I thought that selling my townhouse would be a daunting exercise. Not so when I engaged Adrian from Daynes Real Estate Agency. Adrian sold it within two weeks. This is a family business when enthusiasm and professionalism are key words to success. If you intend to sell or purchase your home or townhouse you can’t go past Daynes Real Estate Agency. I highly recommend them.

I am happy to recommend Adrian, Zac and their team. They all provided very courteous, helpful and professional guidance in the smooth sale of my late father’s property in Acacia Ridge. Many thanks to all for a carefree experience in selling this property. Very much appreciated. Wishing you all the best. Keri

When we decided to sell our home we contacted our local agent Adrian for a market appraisal and information about the market. He was exceedingly helpful, friendly and professional. With his local knowledge and market trends, he was able to recommend a fair price, and introduce keen buyers for our property. Our property sold quickly at an excellent price. The sale and settlement procedure was conducted in professional manner and all parties experience a trouble free transaction. I would sincerely recommend Adrian and his team to conduct any further property business with in this local area.
